To begin the enrollment process, please follow the steps below:
1) Check Availability

2) One-Time Enrollment Fee
Basic Elements Academy has a one-time, non-refundable registration of $100 (single) or $175 (multiple). A paid registration fee will confirm your child’s enrollment.
Enrollment fees may be paid by check, payment authorization form, or mailed to our facility.
3) Complete the Enrollment Packet
Your child’s enrollment packet needs to be entirely completed and is required to be on file at our facility by your child’s start date.
Basic Elements Academy is licensed by the California Department of Social Services Child Care Licensing Agency. Please note, there are mandatory forms within our enrollment packet the State of California requires all parents to complete.
Our Director can guide you through all necessary steps in completing the enrollment packet.
